These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including art prints, stickers, and painting tools (collectively, the "Products"). All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. 3. Orders and Payment
• Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
• We accept payments via credit cards, and shop pay.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• In the event of an error in pricing or product details, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed items due to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns and Refunds
• Due to the handmade and often customized nature of our art prints and stickers, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective.
• Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and a description of the issue.
• Approved returns may be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

All artwork, product designs, and content on our site are the intellectual property of Art & Kcole and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without our written consent.
