✅ Returns & Refunds Eligibility

Art Prints & Stickers
Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives defective.
If your item arrived defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• A photo of the defective item
• A photo of the packaging
• Your order number

Painting Tools (palettes, etc.)
We accept returns or exchanges for unused tools in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
