1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Method is via Australia Post.
All stickers have free shipping.
Standard shipping Australia wide 3 - 10 business days for parcel
- up to 500g $11.15
-up to 1kg $15.25
-1kg-3kg $19.30
Express Post Australia wide 1-4 business days
- up 1kg $19.25
- 1kg -3kg $23.80
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Australia.
If your country is not listed, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your order.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Art & Kcole is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost and damaged Packages
Art & Kcole will package everything with care. We are not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. All packages will have a tracking number and can be tracked through Australia Post. If you item is lost in transit please lodge a query with Australia Post first. If they are unable to locate your package, we will replace your purchase. We will only send one replacement and any further issues should be directed to Australia Post.
